Review: Rocketeer Vinimates 2020 Convention Exclusives

For today’s review, I wanted to check out two Convention Exclusives that our friends over at Diamond Select Toys released this year. Even though the conventions only happened virtually, the DST team decided to release their exclusives that they already had planned. Included in them were two variant versions of their popular Rocketeer Vinimate. Here is the Pulp Comic variant from SDCC and the Black & White variant from NYCC. Let’s check them out.

Each variant has a Limited Edition number of 300.

While these two pieces are the same sculpt, the fact that they have such different paint jobs makes them quite unique when standing next to one another. I really like the stance, and the fact that the jet-pack is about to blast off.
