6 Star Collectibles ships worldwide via Fedex, UPS, or USPS from our California warehouse. We usually ship within two business days. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-7 business days after your order has shipped. All domestic shipments include online tracking, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the Fedex, UPS or USPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or do an email search for “6 Star Collectibles”.

We try our best to pack with care but we have no control over how the shipping courier may handle your package. All orders are shipped in new brown cardboard boxes. Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier via Fedex, UPS, or USPS . As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 15 days of receipt, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support.

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for single item plus addional $2 for each addional quantity for orders in the USA and Puerto Rico.

Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable).  Promotion not valid on international shipments.  Not valid on shipments to HI, AK, APO/FPO locations, and U.S. territories. No adjustments on previous purchases.  To protect our company and the consumer, orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery. 6 Star Collectibles reserves the right to change this promotion at any time.

Use of Mail Forwarders

Use of Mail Forwarders is a popular choice by many International customers.  However, please note that we are not responsible for damage in their possession.  Many mail forwarders will open your box to consolidate and re-box your items.  Because mail forwarders may not understand how fragile a toy may be, they sometimes do not handle with care.  By placing an order on our website with a mail forwarder, you understand that they may not handle your item with care.  We take no responsibility on the potential damage caused by the use of Mail Forwarders.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS with the following method:

Global Priority Mail

  • 7-14 business days, not counting clearing your country’s customs which can take up to 60 days.

Unfortunately, this is the only option we use to ship International. Our system is linked to the USPS (United States Postal Service) system to generate a quote. This option offers the best success rate without your package being lost in transit. Our #1 priority is to make sure you get what you order within a reasonable amount of time.

Customs Fees / Duties / VAT

Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. Unfortunately, we can not accept any requests to change the value of any order.  In accordance to our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label. Please check your local customs for exact charges prior to purchasing from our store. Thank you.
